Making the bunker profitable

  1. 1.Assign staff to RESEARCH first (unlocks weapons), then switch to production.
  2. 2.Buy the Equipment + Staff upgrades: they nearly double the value per hour.
  3. 3.Sell in Los Santos (the city), not Blaine County: the bonus is about 50% higher.
  4. 4.Playing solo, sell before ~25% stock: beyond that the sale requires several vehicles.
